The architects devised a
barrel vault ceiling detail to hide
the staircase structure leading
to the second floor.

View from the dining room: a tall rice paper lantern from Ambiente and two tall candlesticks offer a decorative glow. Blown glass pendants by Lite Source, mounted along the barrel vault, add decorative ambient light.

Xenon 'Puk Lights' by Lucifer Lighting provide task light for the counter tops, and when mounted in the base of the upper glass-faced cabinets, help define the architectural detailing.

'Chip' wall sconces by Koch & Lowy cast a dramatic shadow pattern on the wall, while recessed fixtures illuminate the arrangement on the dining table and objects on the banquette.
